Kevin Gottesman, President
Kevin Gottesman founded Gott Advertising in 2007 with the goal of taking the fear & loathing out of online advertising for nonprofits and progressive organizations. Starting with selling print ads at his Greensboro, North Carolina high school, he followed that with work in radio advertising at university. Graduating with a BA in Communications from UNC Chapel Hill, the advertising world in New York called for a few years before a move to San Francisco that coincided with the dawn of the online advertising industry. As a leader in sales & management for companies like 24/7 Media, eGroups, SONY, he learned many fine points of the industry. As the founder of Gott Advertising, he wanted to bring that batch of online advertising knowledge to the Non Profit space.
Running Gott Advertising from San Francisco, California, Kevin can also be found at airports and tennis courts, rooting for Giants and Tarheels, enjoying hummingbirds and 7 letter words.
Kyra Stoddart, Sr. Account Director
Kyra Stoddart joined Gott Advertising in 2012 with the goal of multiplying Gott Advertising's Social Marketing expertise for awesome organizations. With a lifelong dedication to social causes she has over 15 years of experience in the nonprofit world, from grassroots organizing with the Peace Corps, to online advocacy, fundraising and marketing with amazing organizations state-side. Prior to joining the team, she managed Amnesty International USA's online marketing, social media, and online recruitment efforts.
Between exploring new tactics for improving ROI on actions to save political prisoners, to promoting arts events in Chicago via a clever Tweet, Kyra brings a strategic curiosity to every campaign and client. She leads Gott Advertising's East Coast efforts from Brooklyn, New York. She has a BS in Communications from Boston University and an MA in International Affairs from The New School.
Courtney LaJeunesse, Account Director
Courtney LaJeunesse brings a decade of Online Advertising, SEM & SEO expertise to Gott Advertising. She bolsters the team's strength immensely with her depth of knowledge on a wide variety of digital publishing platforms. Courtney was previously an Account Director at Yahoo and served on Yahoo's Employee Foundation board.
She enjoys running, skiing, camping and eating kale on or with almost any food. Originally from New Hampshire, she received her BA from George Washington University in Washington, DC before stopping in Chicago on the way to San Francisco. Her experiences in many cities across America increase her ability to geo-target campaigns for her clients with new levels of precision.
